yes but I need to setup network for PCs how do I do that for good pc which has Xp and bad PC with windows 2000 please?

You won't be able to network the W2k machine in anyway until you have an ethernet driver...

You will have to find a way to transfer.... How about a Flash drive? USB Thumb drive or whatever...

You are stuck then... Did you ever get a disk with the machine that had drivers or restoration cd's?

I have intel drivers cd that came with xp but I am trying to install windows 2000 on that same system...tried using that CD but it didn't work. Is there something I am doing wrong with the cd?

No, you aren't doing anything wrong with the cd... It's the drivers for an alternate OS... It won't work on this current build.



Is there a reason you are running your w2k server os on a desktop machine?
