Re: windows 2000 professioal starting problem
I had that problem too. coincedentally, i DID replace the file from an MS-DOS prompt. First time it happened, i repaired from CD, second time, i used the dos prompt to install the file again. And every time time its happened since then (my copy of windows 2000 must be more corrupt then is usual
) ive used the prompt.
