One thing you can change, that I think helps a lot, is right click my computer, Select Properties. click on Advanced tab, and then click on settings, under Performance. Then select Adjust for best performance, and click apply. That will restor the system for the most part to Win2k fucntionality. All that remains is the Menu.

Yes I've already done it,thank you,but I wanna see windows 2000 desktop icons,I've been searching the users of 2000 to want take a copy of desktop icons like my computer,document etc.

I heard of a guy once who actually dug through a copy of win 2000 and saved all of the icons to a zip and then edited all his system dll's to mimic the appearance of 2k. I would go with
Makaveli213's suggustion and get Icon Packager.
