window manager

I'm sure that some of you have used the "Awesome Window Manager", or "ion3" window manager on Linux. Well, I was wondering if there was an equivalent to that for Windows XP. I want to be able to continually use my keyboard, without having to stop programming, to use my mouse. If anyone knows of a program like this, then please do not hesitate to ask.

PS: I have already tried WinTabber, and I didn't like it at all. Thanks!

Did you check in the Index where they have the nice list of freeware apps? Have you check sourceforge?

I would like some opinions of some windows managers that you guys know of. I have done a little research, and the only one I could find was WinTabber, and I didn't like it at all. So, please, if anyone knows of any, then please do not hesitate to mention them. Thanks!
