OK I have had multiple screens set up for some time now. When I went to change the background, I could only set one background that was displayed on both monitors as two pictures of the same thing.

How do i set diffrent backgrounds to each monitor?

I donÂ’t think you can have different images on Primary and Secondary monitors, and patience is a virtue.

what does it matter anyway? You can try downloading one of the MS Powertools like Desktop Manager. This allows you to have 4 different screens on the one monitor. Once it is installed right click on the numbers 1-4 on the taskbar and uncheck the option for shared desktops. You should be able to get wot u want using that. (you'll also basically have 8 desktops - between the 2 monitors which you can use individually)

Yes u can do it .. ..U can see that on the screenshots link on my sig

I'm assuming that u have an Nvidia card ....

Goto Display Properties > Settings > Advanced

Click on Add

Also ...Make sure u have the Drivers for the display card updated ..

N' in case u have an ATi Display card ..then the hydravision utility should help u do this
