Default Windfows shuts down after 3-4mins on net

Hi there having trouble with one of my pc's which i cant work out please help !

I have just recently built the PC and loaded Win XP its on a dail up and has been working fine for about a week .

What it is doing is automatically shutting down after being on net for about 3-4 mins. A message comes up from MS MSG, which i am sure i have disabled, stating there is some sort of error and telling me to go to errorchecker.com or something like that and then when i close the message down a message comes up saying

NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM is shutting system down in 60 seconds please close all programs - (remote Proceedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly.

I probably havent got the message exact !

I have ran virus and found nothing & i have a Hijack this report didn't want to post cause wernt sure if allowed on this sight or if it would help at all !
