Hello, i will go straight to the problem here:
My windows 7 home premium cant boot up, after the windows logo the screen just goes black and all i see is the mouse.

When i turn it off it goes to the system repair thing, it DOES repair it and i can use windows again (it boots up). BUT when i turn it off and on again, it does the same thing again and again!

How can i fix this problem?!

Firstly, I'd try running a chkdsk.

Boot into Windows, go to Start > type cmd > right click > Run as Admin > type in the following:
chkdsk c: /f /r

It will say it cannot lock current drive and ask to run on next reboot. Type Y and hit Enter and then reboot your computer and it should go through a chkdsk.

Thank you for your answer, but i managed to fix it a different way my friend told me - using acer erecovery i reset the computer to factory settings which is perfect. Thanks anyway.
