Win200 Updates Complications

It's for a personal system that someone wants and we don't have any xp licenses. So we give em Win2000.

Windows will not update (*do they still support win200?) lol Already cleared temp folder as told.

Everytime I bring up the Internet I get a error
*A Runtime Error has occured, Do you wish to debug.

Have you updated the system to IE6 yet?

MIcrosoft will stop supporting it in July of this year.

Uninstall IE an reinstall with the latest version.
