WIN XP Pro, Can it be used on more than one system?

Hi, i have XP Pro, and on the serial number tag, it says WINXP PRO- 2CPU. what does the 2 cpu mean? does it mean i can use 2 cpus at the same time(on the same motherboard) with XP, or does it mean i can install XP PRO on 2 different computers?

I'm hoping its 2 different computer, cause then i just saved $200(price of XP home)

i believe pro supports a dual cpu setup i know almost all microsoft EULA say 1 pc you would have to purchase a 2nd liscense to use on another pc

I think I remember in another post that you can legally use a full install of XP on up to 3 computers (if you own them all, and for your private use)

but if it is an upgrade CD you can only use it on 1
