hi,
i want to have two users....one is the admistrator and other is the restricted user....
the administrator should have all rights...and the restricted user has some restriction it is basically like.....
1.locking desktop,
2.hiding folders....
3.preventing access to a single partition
4...and goes on

i'm using winxp sp2
do i need a software to accomplish my needs r can it be done with the options in the os itself????////

the admin is the one that has to do this, no software all you need too do is add an account and have the user with this right you restrict.

May be you will change "local security profile" setttings,and disk qouta setting.
