It will work to rip windows off someone else, It's just illegal, and you ain't supposed to ask that stuff here at TF. People rip and pirate almost any software you can think of, you can do it but it is illegal. So go on newegg and buy win xp home, it's less than a hundred and legal.

oh yeah, linux is free, you can't beat the price, LOL. i've heard good things about linux.
If you have xp pro that is a corperate version, it will work on more than 1 computer. if it is regular home or pro it will only work on one. you will have to activate it 30days later for the other computer and if it don't match your original hardware profile,it won't work right
