Win 98 startup......

Hi guys,
Working on a win 98 system here and every time it reboots it says preparing to run windows for the first time. It boots into windows and everything works fine,but its just annoying. Anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this? Thanks in advance for any help.

the splash screen is a special bitmap image inside of a file named logo.sys; you can open this in mspaint.

find a clean file, prolly on the win98 cd, and replace it
