guys any one i have a friend and have abig problem in her pc she got win 98 os... its keeps shuuting down..

what is the best solution or whats wrong with that ..

Can you put Hijackthis on a floppy, download it to her PC, and send the results back?

Also, Windows 98 is old, its bound to have some errors on it.
