Win 7 and printer issue

I installed my printer on win 7 today, when I go to print something and click on print, Microsoft office one note opens the doc but nothing prints. Why does MS office one note even open and why doesn't the doc just go to the print queue and actually print? Printer is a HP PSC 1410V all in one printer.

Control Panel>Under the Hardware and sound heading you will see View Devices and Printers. Click that. It might also be on your start menu if you selected that option.

Check and see what your default printer is. I am willing to bet that OneNote is the default.
