Win 7 Hangs at last step

p6-2143w all stock hardware

trying to do a fresh install of win 7 everything goes great. It reboots and states completing installation. Then it just stays there. 12hours then I tried again and same thing.

Any thoughts?

I am using a usb iso from digital rivers-

It requires a M$ account with a purchase of win 7 and created it using a 64 bit system, HDD is emtpy. I got my copy from Digital RIvers so no account or purchase. Came installed on the pc. I ended up using rufus Everything worked fine until the last step.

Format the flash drive using diskpart, and run the USB tool again:
windows - Unable to Make Bootable USB Stick From ISO - Super User

That or just burn a DVD and install off of the disc.

Ended up burning the DVD.

So is it windows that recognizes it did not create the boot sector? Just trying to understand what caused it to work 3/4 of the way and then stop-
