Win 2000 Professional

Hello, first I'm new here, and I think this is the right plase to post this message, if not, please tell me.

I install Windows 2000 Professional and when I log n to windows, I can do all without any problem, but I can`t copy-cut/paste any doc/file/folder, between any or same folder.
In the right click list appears this option unaviable, so I can't do this...
sometimes I can't open web links in other page. In the right click list appears the option aviable but, when I click on it, nothing happens, so I can't open it.

Anyone know why?

I've downloaded the IE 6 from the windows update page and instaled corectly

sometimes appears a message "svchost.exe have an error, this will create an error regisitry entri"

Please help...

You need to go to start, run and type secpol.msc . I did the same a while back, and woundered why i couldnt copy and paste etc
