Hey,

I was reformating my sister's computer with Windows XP, and after it formated the partition and installed some of the files, it restarted, like it is supposed to.

But I got this error when it was rebooting:
"Windows could not start because the folowing files are corrupt:
C:/WINDOWS/system32/c_437.nls"

What should i do?!

Hmm.. I see 3 possible happenings.. the hard drive could be going bad, the xp cd is scratched, bad install... So first I would look at the cd, make sure it's.. for the most part, readable, then reinstall xp and see if it happens, again, if it does, you should test the drive. Those are my opinions hehe gl =)

Yea, could be the disc malfunction, check for any scrathes etc. If that doesn't solve the problem try to reformat again and install Windows again. If that doesn't work try a different version of Windows.
