I recently set up a user with less rights than administrator, intending to use it for regular computer chores. But I found firefox and IE are slower with this user than with the administrative user, and have more problems.

Why is this? I thought internet connection would be the same for all the users, since it doesn't involve any special permission. Why would IE and firefox perform and act differently for different users?

I am using windows xp home edition.

First please Edit your posts if you have information to add.

This is because they do not have the Admin right to run the things the that Admins do. Such as certain extenstions or add ons.
