I'm using fdisk to view my partition table for my 19gb drive and I just noticed an anomoly. I see that partition 1's (2gb primary drive) "usage" is 11% while partition 2's (17gb extended drive) "usage" is 89%. What's odd is that when I'm in my computer and I view the 2 drives' properties drive c: (2gb) has only 53mb "free space" while drive d: (17gb) has 5.5gb "free space". Is there a difference between fdisk's "usage" and the drive properties "free space"?

could 53mb of 2gb = 11% and5.5gb of 17gb = 89%

partition 1 sort of makes sense, but partition 2 is way off, are you running 2 operating systems?

C:\documents and settings\*\local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5\

the folders in there could be taking up your space. Windows never deletes what's in them.
