Question Where are my local drives?

Hello,
This is weird but when I open up my computer, all I see are our network drives and my C and D are not listed? Is there a setting somewhere that changes that?

right click my computer, click manage. click disk management. right click a drive in the bottom pane. click change drive letter.

I already looked there and the only drives that show up are C and D, so there is nothing to change.
