Run a ad-removal tool and scan for viruses.
This may also happen when you have a value in the registry under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
that has a " in the value. This could be also do to a virus or a data miner.

Try the Run, RunServices and RunOnce - you would certainly find some startup file thats doing this to the computer...!

Please elaborate on where and how to get this program or whatever please.....

Ok, here is the deal. I have gone in to my msconfig setting and have been playin around in there. It seems that if I select like any application Ex: Norton, sound card & video card software etc to start up in the boot process, it cause it to boot up to windows explorer. The minute I DON'T ALLOW any of these to start up, everything looks great. So...it is only when I have programs load up at the boot. I have never had this problem before. Please help me
