I never recommend SpeedFan. All too often is it wrong.

I'd suggest:
CoreTemp
RealTemp
Everest
OCCT (same as above)

All-in-all, check your BIOS temp reading on idle, and then after Windows loads, find out which program is the closest to whatever the BIOS was reading and go by that. That'll be the most accurate way to tell.

Core Temp wouldn't work for my processor. I'll try the others and see which I like best. Thanks for the suggestions!
