What's a good password keeping software?

I'm looking for some kind of software, doesn't matter whether its freeware or shareware, that keeps track of your passwords and also acts as an address book, that can store addresses, e-mails, phone numbers, birthdays what do you guys recommend?

If you're a programmer, that kind of thing would be pretty easy to write. I don't know if the two things would come packaged in one program; they're pretty different tasks.

For password management, I've heard that this one is pretty good, but I've never used it.

For address books, you can probably find something useful here/

The best I can program are ones without any interface, or ones with one a few buttons and input boxes for the calculations I do
