whats a good antivirus??

im using pccillen, but norton 2003 i have used before and is also good - i have found that pccillen takes up little resources and is fast at scanning.

before i chose one i felt comfortable recomending to people and using myself i did a lot of research. I read lots of tests by a lot of different people. The only 2 i saw that i would even consider are kaspersky and f-secure. i know neither are well known to the general public but most true techies i talk with say they are it.........f-secure does something no other AV does. it uses 3 scan engines......they didnt develope all of them........they wanted to make sure to be thorough. there are too Many bugs out there to use some thing that "gets most of em" , i want to be as secure as posible. i see little evidence that most of the mentioned AV programs do very well. I agree some are easier to use thaan others...but the true test is performance under fire..........

FPROT is the best antivirus, but my needs are simple so I use Norton.

AVG = sucks
