Whats the difference between these Vista's?

Hello I was just wondering if someone could tell me the difference between these 2 disks, They are both Vista Home Premium 64-Bit and are both OEM.

and

Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit English 1pk DSP OEI DVD - Operating Systems ($99.99)

One is for System Builder the other is OEM. Technically they are the same thing. Both OEM.

neither just a different licence or you might get a preinstall CD with the system builder one.

There is no difference. It is just a title. They are both OEM versions. Just one has a fancy title of System Builders.

the $99 is service pack 1 on the disc, $95 doesn't include SP1 with it

Ahh. Good catch. I didnt bother really studing them. As tehy are just both OEM to me.
