What's the best products for an entrprise VoIP system?

Good morning to everybody ...
by your experience and your knowledge, what's the best products ( hardware and software ) to have a really good enterprise VoIP system? What do you suggest? Maybe Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Innovaphone etc, etc ...
Do you know how they works ? Do you have some more suggestions?

We use Cisco for our VoIP and have it integrated with UM in exchange and are really happy with it.

We use Digium - Asterisk for our VoIP, have it integrated with nothing, and are not at all happy with it.

We use asterisk but it wasn't set up quite right and was overly customized so my co-worker and I plan on rebuilding it from the ground up in the coming weeks. I think asterisk is great!

It's easy chapter than the big guys and there are companies out there providing professional services to help you support it.

someone recently told us to buy polycom phones in the future because they can be used with many different phone systems.

We use some poly com's for conference room phones on our Asterisk system

We have been using Microsoft Lync for years and we love it!
