Default what is wrong with my pointer??

i don`t know what`s wrong with my pointer!!!
it should be the usual icon when i do nothing, but now it is a
waiting icon and it blinks all the time and this made me very unpleasant!!
before it appeared abnomal, i did two things on my computer.
firstly, i uninstalled a set of desktop themes including the current theme. to do that it requred changing the current theme to the classic theme, but i didn`t do that and after i press the uninstall button it seems to be deleted.(is there something wrong here??)
then, i restart the computer and get into the safe mode(i want to repair my IE,coz there is something wrong with it).my software detected two viruses from IE,then deleted them.

When i got back to the normal mode, the problem came!!
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The time sign next to your mouse indicates that your computer hard drive is doing something, maybe updating or installing something in the background. This could be a malicious software or legitimate software like Windows update. I suggest you do a scan for spywares.
