Default What software to draw

i'm planning to draw cartoon and design a logo for my web site .
But i don't know what softwares i should use .

Pls tell me what software is good for drawing ,thanks

The simplest thing u could use is Paint .. there's a lot u could do with it ...

on a more advanced front .. u could probabaly give Flash a try ...

Depends on how professional you'd like it 2 look.

Photoshop and Illustrator work out Great!

you can also get one of those electronic pads with the little special pen and do it that way, it would have its own software too.

I use CorelDraw 11 which is awesome, but then, it's expensive and geared towards professionals. I've created logos in Ulead PhotoImpact which is actually a photo editing program, but works nicely. You can get a trial version:

I just found about Pixia that has some pretty good freatures considering it's freeware. I use the GIMP for most of my photo/pic editing, but i'm definitely try this one and see what it has to offer.
