What is Officevirt.exe?

I had recently downloaded the Office 2010 beta. Today, when I was trying to remove a pen drive from my computer using the Safely Remove Hardware button, I got a pop up saying that the drive was in use, and to close all running processes. When I checked the running processes, I saw a new process called OFFICEVIRT.exe. When I closed this running process, the drive ejected safely.

I am wondering what this process is. Googling did not give me any specific info. Is it a part of the new Office 2010 suite?

PS - I am running Windows 7.

The file is safe and is part of the newer Office Suite. It is part of hte new Virtualizaion that Microosft is doing with their programs to try and help prevent program crashes while in use.
