Default what memory to use??

Hi, I want to sell laptops and it has no memory now how do I know what memory to use and if I wanted to take memory out of a unknown laptop how do I know what memory that is. Please help me I really am interested.

Use the Crucial Memory Advisor™ Tool by selecting the manufacture/model of the laptop and it will tell you which type of memory.

it depens what his DIMM slot type is... DDR or SDRAM dont just give some 1 a site that is DDR.. it might be SDRAM... fgreco do you know what type it is... ?

search on google everest home edition im sure that can help you

well, yea sort of. I would like to learn how to fix the keypad and mouse and I need to open it up I guess. that is just an example.

That's just what the site does, it will tell you exactly what you need. You don't have to go googling, using everest to find the ram type. That website will tell you. Just enter the Manufacture, model and make and that's it.....why go through all the trouble when it's simple as that.
