Default What good simulation program would you recommend?

I am looking for a good program (free or shareware) that will allow me to demonstrate the nervous system and how each part of the brain controls what part of the body. For example, a movie that will allow me to "disable" a certain part of the brain and then try to interact with the "person" on the screen (by clicking the mouse on a certain body part, etc.) and see its reaction. Of course, I will be creating all of this (I don't want something already made). I would just like ideas on what program would be best to create this. Macromedia Flash MX is the only thing I can think of now. Do you have any more ideas?
Any comment would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much.
