What file holds the restricted sites

I am trying to find the file that holds IE's restricted sites. I have been monitoring users and have found some sites that they go to. So over the network i wanna block these sites by editing there IE restricted sites file. If there is one. hmm or i could use the host file.

ahh nm figured it out. its in the registry lol

If you wanted to block a site completely, you wouldn't add it to the restricted sites in IE. That is only a security zone that blocks certain features of the site from working as they were intended to work. It would be a great way to help block spyware and things of that nature however the user will still be able to access the site.
