No that is the PAE. Just like you can do it with Vista with PAE somehow as well. It can see the 4GB but not use it.

DO NOT Install Vista x64 because it is way slower than x86. I have proof with benchmarks and programs that are x86 will run slower on the x64 platform because they first go though an emulator. I have tried myself with Photoshop CS3 and it takes ages to load up on x64. I have gone back to x86 and it's much faster. Look at this post for details: Is Vista x64 worth the trouble?
