What could cause this problem?

Whenver we go to the weather.com or accuweather website, internet explorer freezes up. I can type in our zipcode, then when i hit go, it takes me to the next page and it freezes up. I can't even minimize the screen or close the screen out, but i can go to the start menu and i can do anything i want, even pull up another internet explorer screen and keep surfing. The screen will go white, with only the pull down menus still visible. I finally have to ctrl/alt/delete to close it down, and it still takes me forever. What could cause this or how can i try to figure out what is causing it?

Heres my hijack list logfile, i've never used it before, so i hope that's right. All thats listed under msconfig is things that my computers needs. I checked those at answersthatwork.com. I only have 6 things listed there anyways.
