What is this?

Under System Config Utility, Startup, there's something called nwiz. What is this? Do I need it to boot or can I uncheck it?

NWiz is for your nVidia graphics card. It is for the NVIDIA nView Wizard Description. So i would think you can disable it if you wish. Dont quote me on this as i havent done it myself.

Thanks for the help. What exactly is this? Just curious b/c I'm not familiar w/ it.

It is the Wizard for the Graphics card. I belive it is the one either in the system tray or the one on the right click. Most likely the one in the system tray.
