Default weird thing in firefox

when theres nothing to go forward to and you then click the forward button on your mosue (if you have one) it types a star if your clicked on somewhere where you can type. im gonna try this out with other programs now

edit: its actually a hear i think. and when you click back on a mouse when you cant (if you've just started the browser) then it types a diamond

IS this the beta release of FF3 or something?? Never heard of such a problem. It may be fixed by outinf your mouse driver or software, and or updating the version of FF.

hrmmm, gonna have to try this on my other pc... the one I have here at the college doesn't have a forward button

tried it.. haven't got that effect before.. even with 2.0.0.9 FF...

and my mouse is a Microsoft IntelliPoint Optical USB Mouse..
