weird stuff happen to my pc

Ok i got a problem, once be4 dun really remeber, i clicked something and this happen. my c and d drive got 2 weird folder and it cannot be remove. the folder are: system volume information and recycler. And also my music, pic and video inside all contain some weird file called thumbs and desktop.ini. (this 2 file are small if u delete it after awhile it will come back.) So how do i remove this 4 type of file?

Open My Computer. Click Tools>Folder Options>View Tab. From there make sure you have the "Do not show Hidden Files and Folders" Option checked. Click okay and see if they go away.
