Weird problem in Windows 7 Professional.

Hey guys having a problem where I cant Save files anywhere like Save As etc just doesn't come up with the small window or anything to let me type the file name, when I click control panel no icons come up at all.. and where you go to adjust the Icon thumbnail size theres no text in there whatsoever its just blank.. My computer also doesnt say Local Disk anymore either?

Have you run Check Disk (chkdsk /r /f), System File Checker(sfc /scannow)? What browser does this happen on or does it happen in all browsers?
