I use Trillian's Cabrio Meter plugin, though it uses weather.com...works great and you can specify what information to show up...but you need to have Trillian Pro ($5-$25 for a license).
PS: Trillian is an all-in-one instant messenger for AIM, MSN, Y!, ICQ, IRC, Jabber etc.
