Default Want to Reformat...not sure how

alright i want to reformat my dell 8300 dimension...luckily this is not my main rig...anyways, i have a bunch of cd's that came with the dell but i am not sure which one is used to reformat or how i am supposed to do it. The CD's that i think i am supposed to use are the operating system CD or the Resource CD...please help!

and do what with it? boot with it? reinstall windows?

yea just pop it in it should boot itself.. only from an off to On Position though if it boots to windows then you need to go into the Bios and make it so the cd boots before the HD

i would imagine that reformatting a dell is way easier than reformatting a custom PC!

Should just boot from the windows cd, then you basically go where you think you should. Should be something like delete partitions... overwrite... you know.
