Default Wallpaper Won't Display

Computer:

Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, fully updated
P4 3.0Ghz Processor, 512mb RAM, SATA150 80GB HD

Problem:

The wallpaper won't display. Instead, it displays the color that I choose. When I change it to an image, it changes back to "none." Attached is a HijackThis log, but I work with computers and I've already scoured it for spyware/malware.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks,

Dan

You have a virus!

Ramaint.exe - http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/ramaint/

Logmein.exe -
http://www.liutilities.com/products/...brary/LogMeIn/

Remove a program under Add/Remove Programs related to "LogMeIn". What that program does, is lets people hack into your system, and steal your passwords. Very bad idea to keep it!

Remove those 2 entries i posted from HiJackThis and check MicroBell's 5-step process (located on my sig, just click on it)

logmein is not a virus and it does not do this: Remove a program under Add/Remove Programs related to "LogMeIn". What that program does, is lets people hack into your system, and steal your passwords. Very bad idea to keep it!

https://secure.logmein.com/go.asp?page=home

and the other service is fine also.

I'm using Logmein right now to troubleshoot the computer. That's not the issue. RAMaint is a utility program of logmein. It's easy enough to uninstall, and the problem was there before I installed it.

Nope. There is no way to make it anything but the background color.
