Hi There,
Got a little problem with using VNC in our company, but it only affects 2 of our network admins. Basically, all admins have the same group membership in Active Directory, including domain admin access. As I said, only 2 of us are not able to connect to users' PC's using our domain authentication. Basically it just rejects our password. We also have a limit set for password rejection set to 3. When I try to sign into VNC, it automatically locks me out in Active directory, which tells me that VNC is in fact querying the domain controller for authentication but something just isnt returning the correct information. Does anyone have any insight into what might be happening? Thank you very much in advance.

delete the 2 admin accounts and recreate them by copying an admin account that is known to work.
