visual studio just in time debugger

Is there any way to disable this? It keeps popping up when I try to use certain programs and try to watch some games online. Very irritating. I don't even have visual studio installed on my computer anymore. I uninstalled it over a year ago.

try using revo uninstaller to see if their are any remnants around ie registry entries that need to be deleted.
