I just bought an ASUS it has a 500GB HD with Vista installed. I would like to know if I remove the HD from the ASUS and put it in my old PC will the Vista still work. Im going to dual boot and use XP and keep Vista for later

Most likely not.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.

No it wont. The system will nowt be recognized at it is not the one that Vista got installed on. There is not repair option for Vista either to make it work.
I do not accept support questions via EMail, PM, IM or my G+ page!

Phone: LG Optimus G Pro
Running: Stock JB from LG with Nova Launcher
