Hello, Im wondering if someone can give me their input on the Best VHS to DVD capture device that will work with Vista and Windows 7? I had Pinnacle and had SEVERAL problems using on XP and also Vista and it was very laggy and never worked! I want to take many VHS tapes and convert them to DVD.. I dont need to do alot of editing, so I want to find the cheapest yet good VHS to DVD capture device.
