Default Vista Ultimate OEM

On many websites there are OEMs being sold.

I heard from somebody the only difference is;

you dont get microsoft support and the box.

Function wise this is the same - is this right?

right. just make sure it comes with a COA license number or you'll have to purchase a license separately to install it.

Yeah I purchased the Microsoft Vista Home Premium OEM for $120..

Came with a DVD-clear case, Microsoft Vista booklet, CD and license number sticker.

That's a really good deal. OEM's are usually full installs aren't they? I have an XP OEM and it is a full install. Where did you get this?

I think the only limit to oem is it is you can't move it to a different computer after it has been installed on a computer even if it is removed from the original computer.
