Question Vista Password Help

I have a customer that forgot his password to sign on to windows vista. I haven't had this problem come into my shop until today. Can anyone help me with getting past the Windows Vista sign in? Thanks Guys!

If you have the disc:
Boot from the Vista DVD then boot to the command prompt under Repair your computer and then type the

net user administrator /active:yes

command then Reboot to the Desktop.

** I got this from a diff. forum, so I'm not guaranteeing anything**

Any other ideas, I don't have a Vista disk. Customer brought this in and I had asked for the System disks and he looked at me with a huge "?" on his face and all I could think is "Oh Boy" this is going to be a long day!!! LoL

Can't you just boot into safe mode, then reset his password using the built in admin account? I'm not sure if Vista allows this though...I never booted into safe mode with that account disabled(I enabled it in normal mode).
