Default Vista - Oem

Just wondering if there would be any issues buying an OEM version of Vista (probably premium 64bit) for use with current HDDs (will be formatted) and a new CPU/mobo/RAM?

Looking at the OEM details it says its gotta be a new build... if its not a new HDD will it work?

Thanks guys.

OEM is just like a regular version of Vista. So whatever you want to do you can.

Phone: LG Optimus G Pro
Running: Stock JB from LG with Nova Launcher
