Well, As I said in the topic title, It's leaked so they're not the finished driver's. I can only hope when they are fully released they are better.

There shouldn't be any reason it doesn't. There have been a couple of official updates recently that address Vista.
Check here NVIDIA Drivers
Ver. 100.65 should be the latest for your card w/32 bit Vista.
I noticed SLI isn't supported for the 5 series cards, yet. But you're probably not concerned with that.
