Vista HTTP

My friend has a good computer with vista on it (no upgrade from xp). custom made dell.

his internet works, but browsers, firefox or Ie7, dont from time to time. if he reboots firefox will work, but after several hours it stops.

he is using a wireless router from linksys

What could be the problem?

Could be several things. The router itself could be a problem. The drivers for the router could be buggy. It could be that after it goes into Sleep/Hibernate that it looses the signal. There are many factors that could cause this.
